Health Tips for 2020
We are in March already, can you guys believe that? If you haven’t already, now’s the perfect time to start preparing your bikini bod! Today I’ll be sharing a few of my health tips that I follow all year round.
HYDRATION
Every morning when I first wake up, and right before bed, I drink an iced cold glass of water. This helps wake up and speed up your metabolism for the day. I try to drink at least 4 bottles of water a day.
CARDIO
I try to go to the gym at least twice a week. Cardio is the best for all body types, even if you walk for an hour straight, it gets your heart pumping and works those leg muscles!
SLEEP SCHEDULE
Keeping a sleep schedule is extremely important. I make sure I go to sleep at the same time every night and I tend to wake up at the same time everyday.
DIETING
When people think of dieting, they tend to think of giving up of their favorite foods. I don’t! I eat healthy in general, not just when I’m preparing for summer. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies, and a lot of protein. You don’t have to cut out everything to loose weight! I still have my salads with dressing, or cheese, and croutons, just everything in moderation. I’ll still have a bowl of pasta with parmigiano; I just won’t sprinkle 10 pounds of it on top even though that’s the best way to eat it!
VITAMINS
The best vitamins for health in general as well as boosting metabolism are: B Vitamins, D Vitamins, Iron, Magnesium and Calcium.
